Bioracer Pop-up Store
Leuven is the new Valhalla for every cycling enthusiast. From September 23 to 26, Flanders welcomes the UCI Road World Championships, where riders from around the world compete for eleven world titles. Leuven will serve as the backdrop for the finish line of five road races. Bioracer also headed to the Flemish-Brabant capital. Until the end of October, the Bioracer Pop-up Store at Bondgenotenlaan 121 is the place to be for everyone who loves cycling.
Special editions of Museeuw, Boonen and Gilbert
It has been since 2002 in Zolder that the World Championships settled in Belgium. Until now, for the 100th anniversary of the event. Belgian Cycling managed to win 26 editions to date and is thus the leader in the standings. But does anyone in Leuven succeed our last Belgian world champion Philippe Gilbert?
To honor our latest Belgian World Champions, Bioracer offers three special edition cycling shirts for sale. Reissues of the jerseys with which Museeuw (1996), Boonen (2005) and Gilbert (2012) won at Lugano, Madrid and Valkenburg, respectively. People interested can buy them in the Bioracer Pop-up Store or order them from the webshop.
The offerings in the pop-up go much wider than just the special edition cycling shirts. Fans can go there for example for cycling shirts of Belgian Cycling (Belgium), KNWU (Netherlands) and Bund Deutscher Radfahrer (Germany). Also casual T-shirts from Belgian Cycling, the summer collection and latest speedwear technology from Bioracer are available in the pop-up. You can visit the store every day from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., except Mondays and Sundays. On Thursdays, the Bioracer Pop-up Store will be open until 9 p.m.
Social rides in and around Leuven
If you like to ride your bike, the pop-up store is also the right place to go. Until September 18, Bioracer will organize social rides on Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings. The rides will take participants on this year's World Championships track for free. The bar in the pop-up makes an ideal stop on Saturday and a good ending point on Thursday. You can register through the Los Jamberes event website.
