Bioracer presents The Pursuit of Speed

Made in Belgium, won by China

Pedal to the metal! During the cycling events in Tokyo, the world's best athletes competed against each other for a medal. Some of them, for example van Aert, van Vleuten and Dumoulin, made it to the podium wearing Bioracer speedwear. One week later, 'our' track cyclists also achieved great results!

Belgian race apparel for Chinese track cyclists

Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany had already found their way to Bioracer, but for these Olympic Games, China also asked us to team up. We provided both their Olympic and Paralympic track cyclists with super-fast Belgian race suits. The results are impressive!

Chinese ladies break world record and take gold

Since the women's team sprint has been on the Olympic program, China has dominated the podium. In Tokyo, it was a similar story. During the qualifiers, the Chinese track cyclists set a new world record in team sprint on the track with 31 seconds and 804 hundredths. After a close race against Germany, Bao Shanju and Zhong Tianshi took gold in the final.

"The time was amazing. We went super fast and were very excited on riding a world record. But we kept our focus to go for gold in the final”, said Zhong Tianshi.
